His responsibilities extended well beyond a relocation: premises, renovation, access systems, IT infrastructure, servers, backups, connectivity, vehicle fleet, a new website with Shopify integration and the launch of additional businesses and products. Since BIODERMA's launch in Germany, we have supported the German operation, initially known as Aktiv Derma, as it developed from a small office team of three to around fifty employees. Our work included IT operations, web servers, mobile devices and the organisation of a distributed field team. We also supported coordination with the international brand and the transition to the parent group.
