In a management role, Ingo Alms accompanied the business as it grew from around ten to around fifty employees. His responsibilities extended well beyond a relocation: premises, renovation, access systems, IT infrastructure, servers, backups, connectivity, vehicle fleet, a new website with Shopify integration and the launch of additional businesses and products. Coordination also included events and involving external team members.
Since BIODERMA's launch in Germany, we have supported the German operation, initially known as Aktiv Derma, as it developed from a small office team of three to around fifty employees. Our work included IT operations, web servers, mobile devices and the organisation of a distributed field team. We also supported coordination with the international brand and the transition to the parent group.
We are a technical partner to Caro Unternehmensberatung. Including its subsidiaries, the environment involves more than one hundred employees. We advise on technical processes, network security, VPN connections and collaboration between locations, and help coordinate new projects as requirements develop.
